Once created please add Microsoft Teams to your mobile device and your personal computer. Log in to make sure that you are able to see your team.

The next stage is scheduling an online patient consultation with Dr. Buck. Before we schedule any appointments, all payments must be paid in full. At the end of the interview we will know the type of evaluation you need and will let you know the number of visits and the length of time for each visit that you will need to complete your/your child's evaluation.

From here you have two options, schedule your consultation above, or reach out to Maricela who will schedule it for you. At the end of the consultation, we will have a better understanding of your issues and can select the best evaluation (or course of action) for your needs. We will also discuss the number of visits and the length of time for each visit that you will need to complete your/your child's evaluation.
Before the appointment is scheduled, we require your initial payment to guarantee your appointment. This payment is $208. Once the payment has been received our office will contact you to schedule the visit(s).
You will receive an email with the agreed date and time of the online patient interview. Please add this to your calendar.
On the day of the patient consultation click on the Teams meeting link (which will be sent to your email and will be accessible from your Team). Please allow up to 2 hours for the interview. Some cases may be more complicated than others and require the full 2 hours.
Please note: Some types of examinations may be performed online. Others require that you come to the office. Please let us know your examination preferences and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
